I’d like to take a moment and provide feedback on our experience moving flats over the last couple of weeks. We very much appreciate his assistance and patience throughout this time, and found the experience very easy. He was extremely professional, punctual and handled the business with great expertise. Nicole was super professional, organised, efficient, and communicative in exploring different options and arranging viewings. She’s also very friendly and not overly pushy like some agents can be. And she was quickly and intuitively able to understand what we were looking for and tailor her viewing options accordingly. I under-estimated the time it would take to find the right apartment and was under time pressure as I had to vacate my current apartment by July 14th. I was talking to a number of agents at the same time to hopefully find something as soon as possible. When I met Grace, she immediately started showing me all of the properties I requested. Then she made a suggestion of a unit which was out of my budget. She said she would help me negotiate a good price, which I thought would be challenging.
