Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!
