Sonam was recommended to us by trusted friends after they successfully found their home with her around the same time we were looking for ours. She quickly understood our unique requirements, displayed good knowledge of the local market, was able to advise on neighbourhoods and narrow our search down to the properties that closely matched our criteria. We found that Sonam was not only responsive to our inquiries but proactive in her search and negotiations, and always very pleasant to deal with. Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong. She was always accommodating regarding the scheduling of viewings and made herself available on short notice when necessary. It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. In summary, we really enjoyed working with Flo and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again one day in the future.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
