Phase 2 and 3 offer a choice of layouts from one to four bedrooms. VILLA CECIL also provides fine recreational amenities, including a swimming pool and car parking spaces to serve residents' needs.

We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble.
