VILLA CECIL is located on Victoria Road in Pokfulam. This luxury low-rise estate faces the sea at the western end of Hong Kong Island, providing residents unobstructed, breathtaking panoramic sea views. It was developed in three phases by Cheuk Nang (Holdings) Ltd. Phase 1 consists of 11 detached houses completed in 1977. They are arranged in two rows, one along the sea front and the other directly behind on a raised elevation. Saleable sizes range from 3,090 to 6,002 sq. ft. Phase 2 comprises three 4-storey blocks completed in 2002, 2005 and 2011, respectively. Each blocks was designated as a 'Tower' followed by a number.
