Rosie was a delight to work with. As newcomers to Hong Kong, we appreciated how attentively she listened to our housing needs and presented us with well-matched options. She has a strong understanding of the different areas in the city and remained helpful and responsive to our questions even after we had settled into our new apartment.

We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way.
