Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive. I'll definitely be using Martina again should I need to move and will be recommending her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.

Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with.
