Twenty-nine apartments and twelve agents later, I finally found Jayde with OKAY.com! Flat-hunting in Hong Kong can be tumultuous and stressful but as soon as Jayde entered the picture it all became such a breeze. I had received Jayde's contact through a colleague and within moments of initially messaging, Jayde was sending me listings to review via a full-fledged site that was user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive.
