I would strongly recommend Shirley when it comes to looking for rental properties. We came to work with Shirley through other agents that were showing us properties. Shirley asked us the right questions and anticipated our needs given the size of our family. She showed us properties that were relevant to our needs and was able to hone in on properties that met our needs. When it came to negotiating she was clear one what she needed from us to support the conversation with the landlord and how she would meet our requirements. The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!). Jayde and OKAY.com are by far the best real estate service I've ever used. Everything was just perfect from the beginning to the end: personalized, fast, efficient and professional!
