Shirley was very professional, when I was looking for a property to purchase with a limited budget, she listened to me about my criteria, she helped me screening some properties worth to purchase in few locations, so that I could narrow down my choices. We had only 2 days to find our new house in Hong Kong. Andrea quickly understood what we were looking for. She selected only houses which matched with our criteria. Andrea is super professional, everything was prepared, no waste of time and we did it! We found the perfect match thanks to Andrea. Cherry on the cake, when we moved in, we found a bottle of champagne with a lovely message from Andrea. « Home is not a place, it’s a feeling » and it’s true!

I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal. She also arranged the movers for me. This was a huge bonus, as otherwise I would have had to wait longer to secure an appointment. She was very thorough in noting any defects in my new flat. Amelia also organised the transfer of utilities to my name which was another huge help in the run-up to moving day. I have been in my new place for a week now and am very happy here.
