When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings. Well…comes out that thanks to her we found the apartment that met all our needs in Mid-Levels with also an amazing landlord. Stephanie knows the market well, thinks from our point of view, understands our preferences very well and selects houses for viewing accordingly. She is always responsive, timely and proactive without us feeling pressured. She is also honest with her analyses of the pros and cons of the houses. So we have developed good and well-rounded perspectives in our decision-making. She treats her clients as friends and goes beyond the call of her duty to be helpful for her clients. For example, she would help recommend helpers, good restaurants, stores and other tips for living around the area. She is definitely a go-to person not only for our house hunting but also for settling down in the area.
