Stephanie understood our requirements and worked tirelessly in helping us locate a new tenant. Not only was she successful, the tenant she introduced to us met all our expectations. She was brilliant from start to finish! Friendly but professional. After our first few communications, Melanie clearly understood what I was looking for and was fantastic in arranging a number of properties meeting my criteria. Within a week I had a flat organised. I could not have asked for more.

Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
