I would like to pass on my extreme gratitude to Kim for helping us find a permanent apartment to live in. Her kindness, patience and help over the last 3-4 months has been tremendous and made our relocation experience to Hong Kong a more pleasant experience.

Jessica has been super helpful since she started assisting us, and she is always polite and patient, and I find her to be incredibly genuine and honest in my dealings with her, which is a rare quality in real estate agents these days. She is also very knowledgeable and responsive, and I will not hesitate to contact her again for any future assignments.

We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. We will be sure to recommend her to any friends/colleagues that may relocate to Hong Kong and will also reach out to my HR team to recommend her services for internal transfers to Hong Kong.
