Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. In addition to spending the time and understanding our requirements and doing it all very professionally and with care and a personal touch, she was also able to bring her years of experience and knowledge and existing connections to be able to help source what we felt were the best options for us. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
