Dawson was the most professional, courteous, organized, and friendly agent I've ever worked with -- and I've worked with many around the world! He listened to my needs and showed me flats that were really on target with what I had in mind. I felt there was no time wasted with him, unlike other agents who often show you things that are far off the mark of what you are seeking. It is really stressful to look for a new home in a new city. She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person.
