As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

Shirley is a very delicated agent, at our very first viewing elements mall was closed for safety concerns, she persevered for 45 minutes to reach us and to make our appointment on time. After our initial viewing, after carefully noting our preferences, she worked tirelessly to identify suitable properties, all of which were a good fit. Finally, she negotiated long and hard on our behalf to put together deals inside our target price range.
