Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! When I first arrived in Hong Kong, the housing market seemed very daunting. However, a colleague recommended Jayde and the whole process ended up being very painless. The combination of her understanding my needs and the excellent knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods led to us finding a great place surprisingly quickly, which was a great relief.
