I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. I can't thank her enough for all the time and help she gave us and of course, would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of moving.

Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Ms. Yohanita also a very good intermediary and she has the attention into detail. Overall our experience with Ms. Yohanita was very pleasant. Thank you Ms. Yohanita!

Cindy really went out of her way to make sure we got the accommodation we wanted. She certainly went way beyond the call of duty on so many fronts and was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and professional. She has been an absolute star!!
