Sonam is a true professional who actually cares about her clients. It is not just a job for her, she takes a personal interest, as if the property is her own and ensures that the client gets what they want. For example, I had a property that was being rented out to someone who was not a good tenant. Sonam kept in constant touch with me and patiently waited until the old tenancy agreement ended and immediately found me a new tenant. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day.
