NOVUM WEST is located on Queen’s Road West in the Western district nearby the HKU MTR station. Completed in 2019, it was developed by Henderson Land Development in partnership with the architect firm Ie, Siu & Chung Architects. Novum West is divided into four residential towers, each 30 storeys tall, with five to six units per floor. Regular units comprise studio to two-bedroom apartments with saleable areas from 174 to 551 sq.ft., with several larger or special units on the top floors, providing 645 units in total. All units are designed with balconies or flat roofs. Glazed balcony panels with a glass curtain wall design maximises the surrounding views from inside each unit and allows in ample natural light. Recreational facilities include a dual clubhouse design - Garden Club on the 3/F and the Sky Club on the 39/F. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and gym.
