Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly.
