Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. I really can’t recommend her enough, and anyone lucky to get Flo as their agent will soon think the same I’m sure.

Hong Kong real estate agents usually fall into two categories - those who expect an instant decision and never follow up and those who pester you incessantly with completely unsuitable properties. Fortunately Flo is in neither group! She listens and tries hard to find the right fit for your needs. I spent six months working with her to find the right place to buy and found her to be professional, hard working and ultimately successful. I definitely recommend her wholeheartedly.

She understood perfectly what we were searching for and then, when we found the perfect home, she was efficient, taking care of everything in a very professional way, always there for us when we had questions and made us feel that we were in very good hands. I would, for sure, contact her again in case we will need in the future.
