Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point.
