I am very pleased with the help from Shirley. She is very nice, incredibly hard working and responds to messages promptly. She is always well prepared on the choices according to my preference. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!
