We contacted Jayde based on a referral from one of her previous clients. My husband and I had just relocated to Hong Kong from Australia, and were not familiar with the property market. Jayde went above and beyond to not only educate us and share her insider persepctive as a Hong Kong local, but also to help us navigate the relocation process in general. From our first interaction, we had full trust in Jayde. Not only does she have amazing knowledge of the market, she has great instincts and we were happy with each property she put forward. Chris has been our broker a few times now. I fully appreciate every detail, from start to finish, that Chris provided in the buying/renting of flats and finding suitable tenants for our property.
