Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off. Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected.
