Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

Nora dedicated time and efforts to find the apartment of our dreams. We have been living in HK for almost 10 years and thought we had seen everything in the market but she did manage to find a property that was new and fit both my criteria and my wife’s! It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.
