It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like.
