If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods. Would certainly recommend Ning to others and would also seek her out in the future where we need an agent.
