Nina is brilliant and super efficient and made moving to HK so much easier for us! She quickly grasped what we were looking for and did a fabulous job in finding us the most convenient and safe place to live in a short span of time. Nina has been very friendly and helpful with questions we had regarding life in HK, which helped us with schooling and other decisions. My son started calling her "Nina, mommy's friend" and I felt the same way about her. It was easy to trust her! She is a great agent and we can honestly recommend her!!!

Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, Rosa was consistently exceptionally friendly, patient, helpful, and never pushy. I had a very specific neighborhood in mind, one that has relatively few rental apartments and mostly office buildings, which made the “hunt” quite challenging. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place.
