Elsa was attentive and listened to what I wanted. Consequently, we did not waste any time and all the flats that Elsa picked for me were viable options. I enjoyed my time with Elsa and she was helpful, honest, and direct about the whole process. Elsa was also a strong advocate for me and made sure to obtain full and complete information about the flat prior to my signing the Tenancy Agreement. I would work with Elsa over and over again and have referred her to multiple friends.

We had only 2 days to find our new house in Hong Kong. Andrea quickly understood what we were looking for. She selected only houses which matched with our criteria. Andrea is super professional, everything was prepared, no waste of time and we did it! We found the perfect match thanks to Andrea. Cherry on the cake, when we moved in, we found a bottle of champagne with a lovely message from Andrea. « Home is not a place, it’s a feeling » and it’s true!

Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We just really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, and it actually feels like you are a friend more than an agent that we just met a few weeks ago!
