It was my first time searching for an apartment in HK, even before my arrival, I got in touch with Rosa through a colleague’s recommendation. Rosa was able to advise me very well remotely and helped me get to know and better understand the rental market in Hong Kong. Throughout the process, Rosa was consistently exceptionally friendly, patient, helpful, and never pushy. I had a very specific neighborhood in mind, one that has relatively few rental apartments and mostly office buildings, which made the “hunt” quite challenging. However, Rosa managed to find my dream apartment exactly in that neighborhood. She supported and took care of the negotiations, handover, and all bureaucratic steps. That was an immense help for me, allowing me to fully concentrate on my new life in HK. Rosa even helped by letting in the technicians and supervising the apartment in my place. I’m more than impressed by Rosa’s professionalism, friendliness, and patience, and I absolutely recommend her 100%.

Early last year Helena Lau very deftly handled the successful letting of our flat to the satisfaction of two quite fussy people! Immaculate paperwork too. In the interim all routine management work, not really OKAY’s province handled well too. Recently the very reliable tenant has sought to vacate early (economic reasons) Helena reminded her that the contractual notice period is two months! She has expended a lot of energy in endeavouring to find a new tenant. Quite a lot of messaging involved. Tenant has now decided to stay on. So your letting fee is now deferred! The important thing is that Helena maintained momentum-an important attribute. I think OKAY’s recruitment and training policy really shines through here. I hope management think so also.
