Sonam was a huge resource for us when my husband and I moved back from Singapore earlier this year. We had specific requirements and she worked tirelessly to find us the home we had always been hoping for at La Hacienda on the peak, even negotiating our tenancy agreement with the landlord down to the last degree. She is a fantastic real estate agent who really looks out for her clients, and always brings a positive and pleasant disposition to all of her viewings. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly.
