This task has been made more difficult as we had to move during the 5th wave of covid lockdown in HK. Nevertheless, Shirley managed to secure a few viewings for us and we closed on a deal on our 2nd viewing. She was professional in her negotiations with the landlord and managed to secure an attractive rental package for us.
