Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!

A friend recommended Jayde as we desperately needed a new apartment to cater to our growing family, and were unable to find anything suitable on-line. She still put our best interests first. The settlement process and apartment move were also smooth as Jayde ensured all aspects were thought of and addressed. Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. She has showed me about a dozen properties but never tried to pressurise me and always put my best interest first which I truly appreciate.
