I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

Anil is by far the most meticulous, thorough and professional agent I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many in my lifetime. Furthermore, I found Anil to be very easy going, knowledgeable and diligent. He has earned my trust in a very short period of time. All in all, Anil is a true professional agent of the qualities rarely found in this region. I had a great pleasure in meeting him and dealing with him recently. In fact I introduced him a week ago to my previous Neighbours, who may need a good agent in near future. For his future, I wish him all the best. Nick Sero
