Tommy was approachable, polite and not pushy. Although we found an apartment on other platform in the end, we still enjoyed working with him a lot during the process.

Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, was her ability to really connect to me - not only to understand our requirements, but the reasons behind those requirements.
