Sonam is a true professional who actually cares about her clients. It is not just a job for her, she takes a personal interest, as if the property is her own and ensures that the client gets what they want. For example, I had a property that was being rented out to someone who was not a good tenant. Sonam kept in constant touch with me and patiently waited until the old tenancy agreement ended and immediately found me a new tenant.
