We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. Shirley is a very delicated agent, at our very first viewing elements mall was closed for safety concerns, she persevered for 45 minutes to reach us and to make our appointment on time. After our initial viewing, after carefully noting our preferences, she worked tirelessly to identify suitable properties, all of which were a good fit. Finally, she negotiated long and hard on our behalf to put together deals inside our target price range.
