I’ve known Sayaka since last November 2019 when I’ve arrived in Hong Kong, having work with her in my search for accommodation. She’s always demonstrated responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit. When I’ve explained my needs she was always very attentive and keen to search for the best option based in my needs. Every time I have requested any information or communication required with my current Landlord she is been extremely responsive and delivering a solution in no time.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The most valuable part of working with Heike was that she truly listened to my criteria and efficiently narrowed down the options, which saved me considerable time. Rather than simply trying to sell me the most expensive property within my budget, she provided valuable advice focused on maximizing value.
