Westlands Gardens - Block B 惠安苑 - B座

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Jayde really listened to all of our requirements at the outset and requested my feedback after each viewing, which meant we didn't waste time viewing unsuitable properties. She is extremely knowledgeable about the HK rental market and the whole process, from consultation to signing, was extremely efficient and stress-free.

I have really appreciated your professionalism, your time, and your kindness during this whole adventure of finding a place to live. Your ongoing care and support after signing the lease agreement helped me turn this new apartment into ‘my new home’. Thank you very much.
