But what was most memorable from working with her is that she quickly transformed from being "an agent" to becoming a friend! Touring around the city for viewings with Sonam was a true pleasure. When it came to negotiation on our chosen apartment, Sonam represented us masterfully while guiding us on the fair positions we could take to get the best deal within our budget.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
