As our realtor, Shirley has been dedicated and persistent in trying to find the best rental apartment that fits our requirements. This task has been made more difficult as we had to move during the 5th wave of covid lockdown in HK. Nevertheless, Shirley managed to secure a few viewings for us and we closed on a deal on our 2nd viewing. Lala is very professional and organised. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and listened to what we wanted from our new home. She helped set up our utilities and managed all the paperwork ensuring we understood the information in the documents. Lala is patient and kind. I would highly recommend Lala to anyone.
