Bellevue Court - Block A 碧蕙園 - A座

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. Twenty-nine apartments and twelve agents later, I finally found Jayde with OKAY.com! Flat-hunting in Hong Kong can be tumultuous and stressful but as soon as Jayde entered the picture it all became such a breeze. I had received Jayde's contact through a colleague and within moments of initially messaging, Jayde was sending me listings to review via a full-fledged site that was user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Upon meeting Jayde for viewings, she was prompt and ready to go with a detailed portfolio of what we would be seeing that day. Opening the door to the 2nd property we viewed, I knew this was it! I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units.
