THE BELCHER'S is a luxury residential development built on the western district. The luxurious and spacious clubhouse is called - 'The Belcher's Club,' and is an all-weather deluxe facility covering 190,000 sq.ft. of landscaped gardens innovatively conceived by famous designer Mr. Steve Leung. It includes a swimming pool, gymnasium centre, children's playground and tennis court. The estate comes with a shopping mall called 'The Westwood,' which is annexed to the development. It's a 5-storey shopping complex with a gross floor area of nearly 230,000 sq.ft. It offers a comprehensive mix of retail outlets along with multiple community facilities nearby, so residents can enjoy a comfortable and leisurely lifestyle.
