Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.

Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!

Stephanie knows the market well, thinks from our point of view, understands our preferences very well and selects houses for viewing accordingly. For example, she would help recommend helpers, good restaurants, stores and other tips for living around the area. She is definitely a go-to person not only for our house hunting but also for settling down in the area.
