We worked with Stephanie to buy a village house in Clearwater Bay. We found her to be an amazing agent, the best we have ever dealt with. Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice on issues with the area and the houses we inspected. She acted much more like a trusted friend and consultant rather than an agent. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. When I met Martina, I had a good feeling that she could find the right tenant for me. She has a lovely friendly personality, and I think is very hard-working.
