Tammy went above and beyond in helping us find and settle into our new home! Having an electronic lock was one of our top/mandatory requirement but it wasn’t easy to find a suitable lock due the unusual shape of the door. Tammy reached out to a lot of contractors and lock companies and managed to find us a suitable one in the end. Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in.
