I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Mr. Shek made the process simple and easy for renting our property, and we appreciated his expertise, patience, politeness, efficiency, and professionalism. Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. We saw her positive and ‘never give up’ attitude as she showed us many apartments and did not stop until we found the right fit for us. She also gave good tips on how to get by in the city.
