8月5日 - 土地註冊處註冊昨日公布，物業交投回升，七月份送交土地註冊處的樓宇買賣合約登記共約9,400份，創17個月以來新高。
其中七月份接獲的住宅樓宇買賣合約共7,792份，較六月份上升30.7%，與去年七月比較，亦上升95.5%。而七月份的住宅樓宇買賣合約總值571億元，較六月份上升68.6%，與去年七月比較，亦上升172.1%。
另外，持牌代理總人數已連續三個月錄升幅，最新報35,550人。
