I can't recommend Flo and OKAY.com enough. Moving in HK is difficult enough with the fast pace of the market and the worry that your agent might not have your best interests at heart. Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours.
Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!
I came to Hong Kong with the expectation that finding the right apartment would be a tough slog. This had been the case in other big cities I've lived in. I was massively lucky to be introduced to Dorothy at the outset. She was incredibly organised, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive to my preferences. Dorothy even remained incredibly upbeat and helpful after having to start our search all over again due to my shift in dates. Her insight and guidance made it easier to get a better perspective on what I was looking at. Unlike many agents, Dorothy was fully engaged and made sure my focus was not just on getting a good price or enough space, but practical things like being able to fit the requisite furniture and appliances, and making sure the security and location were good. I have and will in the future advise anybody I know looking for a place in HK to contact Dorothy.
I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective. So say all my friends who have also worked with her. I think the key is having her accept you as a client because once she does she puts 100 percent into her work for you.
